The service
Kitchro is a staff rota and food safety management tool for small food businesses - covering shift scheduling, food expiry tracking, and allergen management.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login secure. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement to sign up.
Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard's billing portal - access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Acceptable use
Don't use Kitchro to store data you don't have the right to store, attempt to disrupt the service, or use it for anything unlawful. Food safety and allergen information you enter is your responsibility to keep accurate - Kitchro helps you track it but doesn't verify it.
No guarantees
This service is provided as-is. We work to keep it reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the update.
